		<description>Bill - To my knowledge the story died and I&#039;ve never heard anymore about it. I did however have an &quot;anonymous&quot; conversation with one of the Maine Wardens involved in the search and investigation and even though they didn&#039;t feel they could prove it, the guy was illegally hunting in an area closed to hunting. He turned off his GPS fearing he might get tracked and go himself lost. It is believed he may have fabricated the story in order to save his behind.</description>

		<description>I was just introduced to this story on You Tube.  Being an avid GPS user I found this story very interesting.  I did a web search to see if I could find more information since I had some of the same questions Tom Remington did.   I would have been extremely disapointed to find the GPS did not work correctly.  It sounds as though that was not the case.

I am just curious now.  Did anymore details of this incident become available?  Can you point me to any other articles.
